Auction #70 crit of 3 chapters YA paranormal/horror by Judith Graves

OMG how excited am I about this? Like hands-shaking excited, let me tell you.

The wonderful Judith Graves is offering up a critique of three chapters of a YA paranormal or horror novel.

Here’s a bit about Judith’s own novel, Under My Skin:

All her parents wanted was for Eryn to live a normal life… Redgrave had its share of monsters before Eryn moved to town. Mauled pets, missing children. The Delacroix family is taking the blame, but Eryn knows the truth. Something stalks the night. Wade, the police chief’s son and Redgrave High’s resident hottie, warns her the Delacroix are dangerous. But then so is Eryn–in fact, she’s lethal. But she can’t help falling for one of the Delacroix boys, dark, brooding–human Alec. And then her world falls apart. A normal life? Now that’s the real fairytale.

Thanks bunches to Judith for the donation. http://judithgraves.com

Auction #41 Signed copy Crossed Out by Kim Baccellia & a crit of 2 chapters

A book AND a critique of 2 chapters? The best of both worlds IMO!

Book description:

Stephanie Stewart didn’t ask for her gift of guiding the deceased to the other side but she’s stuck with it. Why can’t dead people just follow that bright light and leave her alone? When Mr. Undead wants to use her special talent for his own evil purposes, her little gift becomes a major liability.

Critique of 2 chapters:

It’s pretty straight forward. Kim is offering a critique of 2 chapters of a YA book or work in progress.

Thanks so much to Kim for the donation. http://www.kim-baccellia.com/books.html

Auction #28 Critique of three chapters by Chandra Rooney

Chandra Rooney, she of IndigoTeenBookBlog, is offering up a critique of the first three chapters of a book. It doesn’t have to be from a finished book, but should be polished enough that you aren’t embarrassed to share it. 🙂

While Chandra doesn’t care if the book is geared towards middle grade, teens or adults, she does prefer that the books is science fiction or fantasy(including urban fantasy).

About Chandra:

Chandra Rooney wrote a light novel for TOKYOPOP based on Sang Sun Park’s The Tarot Cafe called The Wild Hunt.  Currently, she’s the editor of the Indigo Teen Blog for Indigo Books &  Music. She thinks libraries are neat and Doctor Who is better than 80%
of what else is on TV.

This is an AMAZING opportunity to have someone in the know take a look at some of your writing and help you hone your craft.

Thanks so much to Chandra. http://coffeeden.blogspot.com/
